Return & Refund Policy

At Oud Perfume Store, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy.

1. Returns :
We do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference or change of mind once the product has been delivered.

However, returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
(i) You received a wrong item.
(ii) The product is damaged or leaking upon arrival.
(iii) You received an incomplete order.

To be eligible for a return:

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, etc.).

2. Return Process : 
To initiate a return, please contact our support team via:

Include:
(i) Order ID
(ii) Clear images or videos showing the issue
(iii) Unboxing video (mandatory for claims of damage or leakage)
(iv) Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Please ensure the package is securely sealed.

3. Refunds : 
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank details for refund processing.

> Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges : 
We do not offer exchanges at this time. You may request a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the product you wish to buy.

5. Non-Returnable Items : 
(i) Opened or used perfumes
(ii) Free samples or gifts
(iii) Products without original packaging

6. Cancellation Policy : 
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. Post this window, we begin processing and shipping.

COD orders that are refused upon delivery or not accepted repeatedly will lead to permanent blacklisting of the customer for future orders.

7. International Orders : 
Currently, we do not offer returns, refunds, or shipping for international orders.
