At Oud Perfume Store, we strive to deliver your favorite oud-based perfumes to your doorstep quickly, safely, and affordably.

 

Order Processing Time :

All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details.

For COD Orders: We may contact you for address or order confirmation before dispatching COD orders.

 

Shipping Time :

Metro Cities: 4–6 business days

Other Cities/Towns: 6–8 business days

Remote/Rural Areas: 8–10 business days 

Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to unforeseen logistics issues.

 

Shipping Charges :

FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,000.

For orders below ₹1,000, region-wise shipping rates will apply and be visible at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional fee of ₹49.

 

Service Locations :

India : We deliver across all major cities, towns, and most rural areas in India. Availability will be shown during checkout.

International : We are currently not offering international shipping. Stay connected with us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when global delivery becomes available.

 

Packaging & Safety :

All our products are packed in secure, leak-proof, and eco-friendly packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

 

Delivery Issues :

If the package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, inform us within 48 hours of delivery status update.

 

Failed Delivery / RTO : 

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or multiple missed attempts, the product will be returned to us. We can re-ship it after reconfirming the address. Reshipping charges may apply.
